He coordinates with the production team to ensure minimal equipment downtime and that production targets are met. Additionally, he develops and implements preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime. He trains and guides production support staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery, conducts routine inspections to identify potential issues, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations related to equipment and machinery use. Moreover, he collaborates with other units to ensure smooth and efficient operations and conducts research on new equipment and technologies to ensure productivity and efficiency in spice processing. Ms. Rinchen Zangmo, Assistant Marketing Manager - She is responsible to assist the CEO and General Manager in developing and executing effective marketing plans and promotions to enhance sales and boost brand awareness of the company’s spice products. She assists in conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities. Additionally, she works closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and objectives, builds and maintains relationships with key customers and partners, manages the company’s social media presence and promote the brand and its products.
